I installed my Icon Compression Bronze with new tires.

Started on the 255/65/17 stock tires.

Now, the driver's side had rubbing on right-turn lock, but the passenger did not have rubbing on full left-turn.

So i crawled under and noticed the passenger crash bar was touching the brackets on the front:

Starting from the right side: tire, crashbar (with plastic cover) then the steel bracket touching on the left (forward) side of the crash bar.

The driver's side had about 3/8" gap between the crash bar and that bracket.

I tried to loosen the bolts... LOL. Don't bother.

I took off the plastic cover, grabbed a mini sledge, and hit the bracket forward a few times. It slid forward. I added the plastic cover back.

Left to right, wheel well, (tire was hard left), crash bar, bracket (towards the front).

So, if you find yourself with a little rub only on one side, check the gap and give it a love tap with a 3# sledge.

All good.

I haven’t seen those tires before. I dig the aggressive look! BTW, the bolts loosen from the top as the nut is welded in place.

Some gnarly looking tires you've got there! I like the bronze on the white truck! What level are you running?

That looks really good,I like this aggressive tires. :like: How is the ride with them? I have the same size but used the stock sport wheels with a 2.5" level. When in doubt I always turn to my trusted sledge lol.

Those look great! Also, I’ve never seen anyone lift a vehicle using four floor jacks at once lol

Straight line is hardly noticable.

Turns bring out the knobby edges and you can feel them.

Not much louder than stock so far.
