13.5-14.5 MPG with 125 miles, 99% city. I'm going easy on the pedal for a bit to see if I can raise this.
Are you manually checking you MPG's or using the truck mileage computer?

I'm using the truck calculator. I haven't added any gas yet to manually calculate. San Diego is pretty hilly but I didn't think I was hitting the gas pedal that hard to warrant 13.5-14.5.

I drive mostly highway in my super cab 4x4. I have over 4500 miles. My average at 1k miles was 22.49 by hand dash said 23.85, at 3k 22.83 hand, 24.07 dash, 4.5k hand 22.93 dash 23.92. Notes these are running averages. Yes I have a spreadsheet . My last 3 MPG by hand are 23.87, 23.04, and 23.47.

So shocking! Most of you guys are driving F150 2.7L without the same grunt...Ford should have dropped that engine in the Ranger instead.

My mileage is steadily climbing (up 3 MPG's with 15 miles and currently at 17.6) after removing the lead from my shoe. I have no doubt the stated mpg's are achievable once break-in completes and with a lighter foot. Coming from a Jeep/Pentastar the throttle was not nearly as responsive. With the ecoboost you get up to speed much quicker with a lighter pedal. My driving modifier is having the MPG display active so as to understand my behavior.

I'll decide in time if I really want my driving experience to be light footed, enthusiastic or a combo of the two. You have to enjoy the driving experience otherwise why bother...

The Ranger is peppy and has plenty of power.

513 miles from Las Vegas to San Jose, AC on all the time, 25.1 MPG, quite happy with that (60-80mph)

I had to sell good commuter mpg to the wife before she would green light my purchase. I was an early adopter and mpg was not announced until well after my order went in. I told my wife the Ranger would beat her 6 cylinder suv’s mpg. Today on my way to work, the Ranger did good!

I got 18mpg city driving before I put the 18” rims with Toyo tires, and am still at 18mpg after, only 1200 miles, hopefully it will improve

I just arrived in Georgia from Dallas, TX.
2-wheel drive XL supercab. Had 689 miles on it when I left home.
Trip was 889 miles. 50% interstate, 40% main US highways, 10% smaller roads.
Used speed control extensively.
Ranger display indicated 27.9 MPG.
Tonight I added up the gas I purchased, and I WAS AMAZED. Hand calculated result was 27.857 MPG
I believe that this is one of the closest matches between car display and calculated results.
I have been using "regular" gas.
I purchased 93 gas tonight since i am picking up my trailer tomorrow.
Be interesting to see the MPG on the way home with 2,300 pounds in tow with a relatively large frontal area.

It's a bit odd that some get stated MPG's and some do not. I'm not concerned at this point and after several thousand miles I should have a pretty decent understanding of fuel consumption in different driving conditions. Most seem to get stated MPG's and I doubt they are driving super conservative to get the MPG's. At 1200 miles yours should be about broken in. If it's still low at first oil change I'll have them look at mine.
I know I will have lower MPG's with 4x4 and skid plates.

Rough math:
About $300 difference per 10K miles between 18 mpg and 22 mpg at $3/gal.
About 75 miles per tank difference between 18 mpg and 22 mpg (324 miles per tank vs 396 miles per tank)
