In some states you already qualify as a lemon law candidate. Check with your states attorneys office itā€™s probably right on their website. Most require you to send a certified letter to the manufacturer. In my state you would need to have done this to satisfy the requirement. They even put a template letter on their website you just put your name into and print/mail it out.

The first thing I would do before doing that would be to call Ford customer care yourself and explain the situation. Tell them you need the thing fixed ASAP!

I am thinking the same thing. They replaced a spark plug and so far that is all I know they have done.
Replacement plug,coil and wire should just about rule anything out...
