Do you have a copy of the repair order from when they replaced it in November? Also a picture of the tag on the current transmission where you’re getting the build date from? Do you have the info off your original transmission ?
Here’s the “new” tag. Paperwork had coffee spilled on it so I’m waiting to have a copy emailed over by the dealer.
Never saved any info on the original assembly since I figured the new one wouldn’t fall apart twice as fast as the first.

So far, my transmission is not acting up. At the point it starts, is there an estimate as to how many miles I can drive before having it repaired? Will driving it during that period cause additional damage?

I ask this because we are retired and tow it behind the motorhome. Usually, we are out several months at a time. So, it would be nice if we could continue our trip and still drive in then deal with it when we get home.

Ok. Thats the tag on your transfer case shift motor. The transfer case is reused when replacing the transmission. So this is your original transfer case. The tag you’re looking for is located on the passenger side of the transmission. See photos attached for location.

The Manufacture Date: Breakdown (as the members on the forum) deduced
24156

24 = 2024
156 = 156th day of 2024 (so June 4th, 2024)

On the other side of the transmission (Driver's Side) is another placard, it's kind of hidden under the shifter cable - but it contains the Transmission Solenoid ID, so with a new valve body this placard gets updated.

For Ref: We KNOW that all Rangers Built (on or before Aug 15th, 2022) fall under the CDF Drum TSB procedures.

What we DO NOT KNOW is the exact date that the transmissions began to be manufactured with the new CDF Drum.
a rough timeline is around July 2022, as using my Truck Build Date = Aug 16, 2022, the FIRST day of production with the new CDF Drum - so I do not fall under the TSB Guidelines and my ref Transmission ID Tag - like below is 22206 - so July 25,2022.
They had to have a stockpile of transmissions ready to go, so (?) of when they actually started the prep for the transition.

I did try through various avenues to find specific information on this subject, no one knows, and they only have the TSB (information) of the procedure decision date. Aug 15 vs Aug 16, 2022

If I remember correctly my original transmission date code was like 10 days or less than my build date. So not a huge span of time.
