And let me guess... the dealer replaced "one" plug.

 hate such penny pinching stupidity.
If only one plug is damaged why would the dealer replace them all?
I get my tires from Discount Tire but they have never replaced all four when they replaced one under warranty for road damage.
Same thing, different degree.

When I started looking for the new number, I managed to find an old one and snagged it up.

Do you have it in your possession yet?

Tires I get. But plugs? If it was my truck I'd just pay them to do the other 3 while it was there.

Otherwise in the future you have 3 plugs that need changing and 1 that should be good to go. That sort of unbalance would drive my uptight ass crazy.

Ford only pays for defective parts and book time to install. Dealer supposed to give away techs time and parts?
Your beef is with corporate not the dealer. And your OCD.

And I felt “taken” when I bought mine for like $70 nine months ago. For something Ford SHOULD have included.

Now…. If only the little “ball joints” I have on my brand new trucks hood and fenders had gas struts attached.

Oh and even a cheep plastic “slip case”, instead of a paper envelope for my owners manual on my “top of the line”Ford LARIAT / TREMOR 501A.

So sad, all of the “deleted” small things on these vehicles that together add up to a “less than quality” feeling.
