The window sticker on our SuperCab shows 20 mpg city / 24 mpg highway.
Yet I just noticed another window sticker, not our truck, that shows 21 mpg city / 26 mpg highway.
Is this a 4x4 vs a 4x2 thing?
Just got this email.... What did HenryMac learn this year? Sharing!:crackup::crackup:
(Of course I ordered my Rocksliders 2 weeks ago :computerrage::curse::facepalm:)
Kind of tired of the "Lifted Truck Palooza" photo's.
Saw this today and wanted to share... So how about a thread that showcases these low profile Rangers?

Not much FOMOCO left on this one.... but the fab work is impressive.
I know it's a drift car... but those rear tires are way to small in diameter... looks pretty weanie.
Anybody here using N-Fab RKR Rails or their EPYX Step System on their Ranger?
I'm wanting some sort of rocker covers that tuck up tight to the truck, not as steps, but to simply protect the rockers, but additionally hide the frame of the truck some what as viewed from the side of the truck at...
I'd like to install a hood protector... but truly don't like the design / shape of any of them other than the AVS Aeroskin II.
Question for you guys that have the Aeroskin 2, do they do a good job of deflecting bugs up over the top of the truck?
I'm also wondering if the paint will end up...
Something I just noticed today and thought I would share. The rear bumper center section is different when your truck has the factory tow package.
It's modified to move the hitch receiver up higher, thus giving the truck a better rear approach angle.
Well done Ford. I'm surprised they don't...
Lets track this thing! You folks with catch cans..... please post up your findings. :like:
:clock:
1.0 Number of miles since last dumped the catch can,
2.0 ml / ounces of fluid collected (pour into a clear container and post up a photo),
3.0 Type and grade of oil I'm using,
4.0 Octane and...
Curious if anybody here has purchased products from Rocky Road Outfitters.
I'm interested in their Kicker Rock Sliders.. but at the price they are asking they better be top notch quality...
"The researchers said they had notified Tesla, Ford, Amazon, Apple and Google to the light
vulnerability. The companies all said they were studying the conclusions in the paper
released on Monday."

Let's keep track of Remaining Oil Life... It would be interesting to see how / what the system is tracking, and with enough data from folks on this forum we should be able to figure it out.
Post up the following...
1.0 Remaining Oil Life
2.0 Months Your Truck Has Since It's Last Oil Change...
For my '69 Camaro and '65 C10 pickup I have really good factory GM manuals, from that era, that show detailed instructions for removal of components for doing repairs, including data on specialized tools.
We have a Haynes manual for our 2007 JK Wrangler, but to be honest, it sucks. It shows to...
There's a lot of talk here about poor ride quality and how that relates to tire pressure.
How about we break that down and help each other from our own experiences
A) Tell us what configuration your truck is for ref.
SuperCab or SuperCrew
Lariat, XLT or XL
4x2 or 4x4
FX4 ?
B) Tell us...
We had a heck of a time finding a SuperCab Ranger here in Southern Colorado... lots of SuperCrew trucks though. Actually had to drive to Wyoming to get ours and they had quiet a few up there.
I called Ford Marketing @ 1-800-334-4375 and the guy I talked to said it's a regional thing that...
Are you aware that those crash bars that some of you are removing so you can install bigger tires.... they are there to protect your legs in the event of an accident.
This crash test video helps to explain why... "That's because the test dummy indicated a "significant risk of injury" to a real...
I know that when you're in Sport mode and manual shifting with the +/- button the display in the dash shows what gear you are in, but I've been wanting to know what gear the computer has selected when the truck is in Drive.
If you pull the shifter back into Sport mode... start driving... then...
Yet another thing that's got me wondering "Why Did Ford Do That ?"
The spare tire is mounted such that you can't get to the Schrader Valve to check the air pressure.
Anybody here flip their spare? On my old Tacoma it was mounted valve stem down.
