Already removed the plastic cover and moved the bars as far forward as possible. Still get rubbing when backing. Likely will order replacement bars or take to cutting about 2" off the existing bars.

Some great looking trucks out there. Had mine for about 2 weeks and definitely would like a leveling kit and recently read that Ford did finally team up with FOX and is now offering a 2.5" leveling kit through their performance shop for $1495. Has anyone looked into this as I would assume this would keep the factory warranty intact. Also, I've seen it asked several times without an answer. What are people seeing for mpg change after adding their leveling kits/lifts?

I’ve commented on it before but I still think this setup is perfect... excellent combination of an aggressive look but still mild enough for a daily driver.
Those tires are 265/70 r17
Not 75.

Thanks, i noticed that in the close up picture of the tire and didn’t think to mention it. I actually already have a set of 265/70R17 sitting in my garage now since seeing these photos!

Just went through a bit of this thread. I'm thinking I'll go with the FabTech 2.5" spacer leveling kit. Is anyone here using the FabTech kit? In my opinion it looks like the most solid setup for a single spacer kit. I'm definitely intrigued by the ReadyLift with top and bottom strut spacers though. I just wish it was a 2.5" kit.

I have looked into it, and ordered one about one week ago--the parts guy at Ford said it would take about two weeks. All the factory warranties remain intact, and Ford guarantees the parts and labor for the kit as well, which was a huge factor in my decision. I am assuming that this two-inch leveling--not 2.5--kit will have a modest negative impact on mileage, which I am willing to accept in return for the improved clearance angles and, hopefully, more settled ride.

Does anyone know how to adjust the headlights as a DIY Project? Ever since I got my 2" leveling kit, people keep thinking I'm intentionally blinding them with my headlights lol

There's adjustments under the hood in both upper corners right above the headlights. I used an 8mm socket and made a mark with a Sharpie on the top. I think I had to go almost 2 complete turns and I have a 2.5 " level kit. The link below shows you where the adjustments bolts are.

@AzScorpion Thanks man. And just to be clear, they should be level, correct? I've read so many different theories on this.

Yes they should be level. I forgot to mark the original setting on my garage wall before getting my level done which would've made it a little easier. I just marked the wall with tape to where they are now then adjusted it down from there about 3" which worked fine. Now I'm not blinding everyone lol

Edit: I did this at about 20' out from the garage.

I found the 8mm’s, but did you adjust that or use a Phillips head screwdriver to adjust it?

I used a 1/4" ratchet with an extension to get to the 8mm bolt to adjust it. I put a dot with a Sharpie on the top of the toothed part to keep track on how many times I went around (1.75) for mine.

Ford has a video that explains how to do this:
https://owner.ford.com/support/how-tos/exterior/lights/how-to-adjust-headlights.html

To find the appropriate height look at your illuminated front lamp, there's a hash mark about half way up the lamp assembly next to the bulb itself (with my leveled truck in my garage I measured it at about 41" straight up from the ground). Place a piece of tape on a flat wall at whatever height you measured. Back up 25' from the wall. The top of your headlight beam should be 2" below the tape line if you have LED lights, or at the line if you have halogen bulbs.

I did all the adjustments with a Philips head screwdriver since I didn't want to walk back to the toolbox to get a ratchet (and it's easier anyway).
