Ranger Suspension, Lift Kits, Leveling Kits

Just went through a bit of this thread. I'm thinking I'll go with the FabTech 2.5" spacer leveling kit. Is anyone here using the FabTech kit? In my opinion it looks like the most solid setup for a single spacer kit. I'm definitely intrigued by the ReadyLift with top and bottom strut spacers though. I just wish it was a 2.5" kit.

I have the 3.5 fabtech with 275 65 18 looks good rides well only 500miles since lift.

@Sam Howard how did you achieve 4" of lift with the Fox coilovers? Did you just raise the collars an extra inch over the normal 3" lift height? I'm assuming those are the Fox 2.0? How about lifting the rear to match the front, did you just use some blocks then?

My Ranger didn't even come with one wench, Let alone a front and rear one.

Is there any way you can ask them? I find it odd that the dealership didn't install the lift.

I already installed the Ford-branded Fox Two-Inch Leveling Kit with Fox Coil Overs and Shocks, which helped quite a bit in reducing the "Ranger Bounce," and I am generally happy with the resulting ride, but I think adding aftermarket leaf springs would be the finishing touch for finding my dream ride! Please let us know if you get any more information on this, from Icon or other reliable source.

What's your guys/gals' opinion on having a dedicated 4x4 shop installing lift/leveling kit and doing the wheel alignment vs the dealer? Besides the cost factor, if you go with something other than the Ford/Fox kit installed @ the dealer, then you're on your own warranty wise anyway even if the dealer installed the 3rd party part?
