Awesome truck man!
Quick question, are those the OEM running boards, or are they aftermarket? I am trying to find a pair for my 2019 STX and I love how those look. Just trying to figure out what brand they are. Thanks!

OEM Tremor boards. You can buy them through Ford Performance.

Awesome! Thank you for the quick response!
I'm 6'2 so I don't need them, but my 8yr old son and 4 yr old daughter do lol. Plus I just like the way it looks. Had em on my Xterra before this truck and now I feel like my truck looks naked without anything there.

I finally pulled the Ranger into the flat, level garage and pulled some measurements of ride height. I measured from the pinch seam. Measuring vehicles from the fenders doesn't typically work well, because the heights can be different just purely from the sheet metal and shape.

I'll post some pictures of what I mean by pinch weld.

Factory heights full gas tank on Grabbers at 39 psi
FD: 41.5cm (3.25cm difference)
RD: 44.75cm (1.28" higher in rear
FP: 43cm (3cm difference)
RP: 46cm (1.18" higher in rear)

The gas tank is on the driver's side for left hand drive models. A gallon of gas weighs 6.1 lbs, and we have IIRC an 18 gallon tank.

I measured at the bottom of that bolt's washer in reality. It's just hard to snap a photo and hold the tape.

Then the rear.

I took the day off and went wheeling up in the North Georgia mountains. We've had a ton of storms, so I was mainly worried about trees being down blocking the trails. I brought a chain saw and straps, but sometimes you are SOL after a big storm and will have to turn around 2 hours in due to a downed tree. I got really lucky in that regard. There was a downed tree, a massive freaking tree, that was hovering about 7' off the ground. A Ram Power Wagon and a Gladiator both had to turn around. They were lifted on giant tires with roof top tents above both of their roofs. I felt bad because they were out of state obviously on a trip and it was maybe only 20 minutes into the start of the trail.

Hmm why are these two trucks stopped? I immediately thought, shit there is a tree down...

I didn't get out to take pictures of the really nasty section. There is about a 15 minute stretch at the very beginning, or for me today the end, of this trail that is difficult. With the storms it was very hairy. I actually had an adrenaline rush at one point because I was leaning over way too far for comfort. I had the wheels pointed and momentum set where it would be very hard to roll the truck, but it was uncomfortable.

The Ranger did a great job. Plenty of articulation. The rear end felt good. I love the Tremor's multi-leaf pack. The Fox shocks were great. I like how soft yet supple they are. This is a very bumpy trail and they did a great job.
Headed up to Helen/ Sautee Nacoochee and Hiawassee next Sat for the week. Nice truck. I have the same one without the stripes. Looks great on the white.

I didn't want to go crazy with the Ranger, but...

I'm thinking of tracking down a set of these Evo Corse wheels. They are an excellent wheel company out of Italy who make racing wheels.

These ones are run at the Dakar.

Or go with the tried and true TE37

If they are good enough for the Dakar, they are good enough for the I-95!

Seriously, I have been running the stock Black Appearance Package 18-inch wheels since 2019, and, not having any complaints, I will just leave them on for the duration, meaning for the next few years until I trade up (to a Tremor? to a Ranger Raptor? to a Bronco?). Then I will add some hot wheels right out of the gate!

The next Ranger "should" have the same wheel fitment, since the Bronco is the same as the 2011- Ranger.

My guess is, I'll probably sell or trade this truck for the Ranger Raptor whenever it comes out. Maybe 2 years from now.

I've got a set of Rays wheels on my IS300. It was so tempting to get a set of TE37s or Gram Lights for my Ranger to match. They're so damn spendy though. It would look sick. 10/10 recommend!

I put the steps back on and used grip tape to cover the holes, plus allow them to be used as a step. I didn't like the bare look, and I might as well rock em.

I got it at Ace Hardware and it is advertised for boats, RVs, etc, so it should hold up great.

Parking deck shot from the Braves stadium.
Is there enough to step on with the steps taken off? I like this look.

I have been thinking the same thing. Get a Raptor in 24 or 25

I installed the Rokblokz mud flaps and the Ranger stainless steel Black Platinum letters.

Mud flaps weren't hard, just a little fiddly.

I am up in the air still about these mud flaps. I think I need to see a set in person before I can make a decision. Some pictures I like the look. Others not so much.
