you know, the top of that snorkel would be an excellent place to put one of those remote controllable spot / flood beam lights....

Msfitoy,

Thanks. Looks like a future project for me. Ram is top quality. A bit pricey, but you get what you pay for.

Edit: I have to admit the screws in the dash hurt me. :)

Check out 67 designs. I used them to mount my radio. They are a little smaller but do not have the wide suite of attachments like Ram.

The truck silly...$35K to start and less than $10K of mods...still less than a loaded Lariat... ?
My buddy bought a new Ram 3500 diesel. He pays for everything done to the truck. The tonneau install, mud flaps, ceramic coating. His mods add up FAST.

Stop posting photos of the white wall Coopers.....I need to get some mileage out of mine first. Currently at 1700 miles with an average of 8000 miles a year. So just sit back and relax a few years please.

Sid sit back and relax?? ? That's like telling a fat kid he can't have any cake. :bandit:

Just do what I did. Buy the new tires and sell yours while they still have low miles on them. I got $325.00 for mine and they had about 900 miles on them.

I almost did...had considered using the same light bar in my grill but that would be silly having to wear sunglasses while working under the hood:cool:?...I settled on an 8" LED trailer light...more than enough... ?

Pretty sure I posted this before but not going through 70 pages to find it...I think it went under everyone's radar...
Link to 8" LED trailer light ?

Well, let's break Msfitoy's mods down a bit:
  1. Frontrunner RTT, $1,200
  2. Diamondback cover, $1,700
  3. Fuel wheels/tires, $1,800
  4. Shrock sliders, $800
  5. MBRP exhaust kit, $400
  6. Eibach Pro lift, $520
  7. Lighting/mounts =), $1,500
  8. Trigger 6 power supply, $350
  9. Ram mounts, $300
  10. Siren, $100
  11. WeBoost Reach, $450
That adds up to $9,120...there's probably another $1,000 for miscellaneous items like grill, LED bulbs, custom decals, wiring, DIY materials, etc...so $10K plus/minus...still a lot of cash but pretty painless when spread out over a few years...

The real big savings is the labor...if I had the tools, I'd mount/balance my own tires... ?

Sid - Just read the whole 75 pages. Hell of a job building this thing out.

I am going to steal some ideas for my new build including underbody lighting, rear distance lights under the tailgate and the engine bay light. So slick.

I just installed the new frontrunner cab rack called the slimsport. You may be interested in that. Its very low profile. Also, the Huracan Fab tailgate storage. My two favorite mods so far. (full disclosure: I am sponsored by them, but I would have bought both either way).

Keep it up!
