I’ve been looking at these. We live in a low-lying rural area with a tin roof. That mean poor cell service in the house. I know it’s on your truck, but would be interested to know how it works out for you regarding the reception. :)

I need that at the cottage. No tin roof but whenever I can’t get a good signal my wife says to put on a tin foil hat. ?

Why do I picture you like this walking around the cottage looking for a signal? ?

You see, this is why I no longer let my wife post my picture on Facebook or Instagram.

I had one of these in my last truck. Technology has improved since then so might have to think about doing what you have. Last one I had got a 2 bar boost easily out of it. That one work with 5G?
Yes it is...

I will, but not the same as hearing it from someone you KINDA know.
We put a Wilson unit in my Mother in laws house out in the boonies in Tennessee. System wasn’t cheap ether but it is a repeater setup. That one works with all carriers and just needs outside antenna pointed at cell tower. They had 1 bar in their house. After I put in the unit they got 3 to 4 bars. They told me with COVID and being locked down video streaming with gran kids was flawless. Glad I did that for them before it all hit the fan!

BTW...I was pretty much way out in the boonies today...lotz of dispersed camp sites along the way though I didn't plan to camp on this trip due to low temp at night...I did come across 4 sites that were to die for and will definitely try and snag them next time...all were taken...the best one was a beautiful look out towards Linville Gorge and it was staked out with a tear drop camper...

The Weboost Reach did it's job only losing signal a couple of times way up at the highest elevation but not for long...?

Made it to the top...the trail continues down towards the left but I thought I save my luck for another day and turned around...there's a fire pit and people probably camp here lol...

Time for tire rotation so I inspected the brakes...62,000+ miles and there's almost 1/2" pad left all around! Proof that I drive like grandma in my Ranger... ?

IMG_6956.JPG

Rotated the Coopers and installed a set of Rally Armor urethane Universal Plus UR mud flaps all around...
