Just wondering if anyone here got a 6gen and how do you like it? Im looking to upgrade my 21. Im getting the droning noise again on mine. Last time they replaced the differential carrier and half shaft but it took 2 months. Not the main reason I'm upgrading. Im upgrading because my wife got her new mustang and it's my turn now.

Also looking into raptors but not sure if I'll go with that route.

Will see lol. Not sure if my wife will go for that price, definitely not if i tell her without showing. Probably will have to test drive it with her to prove it's worth it. Thats what I see other people doing.

Getting used to the screen isn't the problem for me. The problem is certain features are controlled on the screen I'd like a dedicated button for. The seat heaters are on the screen and the drivers side heater opens to control the the heated steering wheel. PIA. I would like to be able to direct the air to vent, defrost or floor or a combo without the screen too.

Also the heated steering wheel is weak compared to the escape I drive for work.

I have a love/hate with the screen. The nav is an upgrade, it has more features. The built Alexa and 360cameras are suoer cool. I do not like the hvac controls or the off road screen where the front and rear lockers are touch actvated

The heated steering and power rear back window are two of my favorite features, which were not on my 2019 lariat. Although my glove box had a dampner and light, engine cover, hood struts and underhood light.

But all in all thr RR is a heck of truck.

You can get RR for under invoice. Especially 2025 which are still availsble.

Agreed. I like the feature of one button turns on the off road screen but I only like it for info. I would like the lockers with the aux switches.

I was pretty settled on a 2.7 Lariat which would have saved me money. But I thought, this could potentially be my last truck purchase, why settle. So I went all out on '26 Raptor in Marsh Gray. It's got everything, even stuff I probably would have upgraded on a Lariat.
Love the heated steering wheel because I have Raynaud's Syndrome. And the heated mirrors are awesome.

Good luck on the Raptor. Just tell her it is cheaper long term because less mods and the truck is warranty on all those awesome features.

Haha, I wish! Unfortunately they go by the Vin now where before they use to go by the window sticker.
