I noticed grease spots on the drivers side of my 2019 Ranger.

I could see grease slung inside the front drivers side wheel well.

I got under to look and saw grease all over the brakes and the wheel. (See pic)

My guess is the CV boot went bad? I don’t see any cracks or anything.

I have a Ford extended warranty, anyway of knowing if this is covered?

I see a chunk of the CV boot is missing in your picture.

Should be covered with your warranty. If not, replacing the boot isn’t that difficult of a repair to do yourself. That’s IF you caught it soon enough and the axle itself isn’t damaged. If you feel any clicking, popping, or binding when turning then the axle is probably shot.
