It's ours too and it was really good! All their dishes look good and I always want to try something different but know how good these are and get it every time. lolDamn a Chimi is one of my faves. That looks really good.

Half way point? To where, Las Vegas?We're staying overnight in Tucumcari, NM and it's our normal half way point stopping place. There's a good Mexican restaurant called La Cita and we always get the Chimi ($11.99) and as you can see it's a good size meal. Waitresses are all great and their prices are very reasonable.
And immediately for some reason I hear both a song from Elvis (Vivaaaaa, Las Vegas) and the song from National Lampoon's Vacation movie (Holidaaaay Road...).

This spring we had 3 weeks of this (several times a week) along with 5 tornado warnings which was enough for us.

I've never stopped at a Buckee's but have heard a lot about them. They were just starting one in Goodyear, AZ when we left and everyone was all excited about it. I know they're famous for having super clean rest rooms, good food but mostly a lot of gas pumps and IIRC something like 80 - 100 pumps?
This is the one in Amarillo and in the dark it really shows how large it is and all their pumps. There's still more pumps to the far right.

Yeah it's huge! Every time we go by there Annie says "we should stop and check it out".
