Similarly sized spare set of wheels. Its not the size its how you use it. Can probably do crazy burn outs and impress the ladies at cars and coffee before tipping over onto a mustang.

Usually it’s the mustang that’s doing the coffee shop show off special move…
Well now since the dodge charger has been out… it’s taken the place of the mustang wipeouts..
Fast cars that can be obtained by below avg skill lvl drivers ..

Yeah, I understand what you are saying about having a spare set of wheels. Like a mentioned a few posts before I didn't have a place at the house to store them and I didn't want to burden my Dad by storing them at his place. That wouldn't be right. JMO.
Growing up on the farm I always saw my late Grandpa use what he had, Dad is the same way, and I am just like both of them.

Yes, the wheels are and pictured on my truck in my avatar are what I decided on. The stock size 255/65R17 Goodyear Wrangler HTs are staying. I agree with my Dad, the 9 inch wide bronze wheels give it that 70s hot rod look, on 4x4 "dare to be different."

My spare tire is bungee strapped in the bed. First flat that I ever had with this new Ranger was on the Tyson parking lot after a long and not to good day at work. Long story short, I had to call my Dad for an assist in getting the spare tire out from under my truck. The tonneau cover had been on the at least a couple of months before this happened. After we put the spare tire on, Dad asked if I wanted to put the flat tire in the spare tire location under it, I told to put it in the bed and I'll bungee strap it down later. Spare tire has been there ever since then.
