To take the “what bulb to buy” out of the equation, I've compiled a list of bulb sizes for 2019-2024 Ford Ranger models (covering high and low beams, turn signals, fog lights, brake lights, etc.)

Alex Max, are you sure you meant this list to include 2024? I’m not saying the bulbs are different, just that it’s a new generation of Ranger and some could easily be different. Worth a double-check.

Also, you might want to break all model year lists out by trim level (XL, XLT, Lariat), not just the Hi and Low beams on your first list. It would also be good to indicate any non-serviceable assemblies, such as XLT and Lariat taillights.

Thanks for the heads up, I rechecked and indeed some of the details were wrong and I tried to fix them.

Please understand this matter as I have compiled the information from searching many car model sites on the internet, so it may not be 100% correct.

Also, I noticed that you mentioned the trim level differences, and yes I noticed that when I was compiling the information, so I specifically marked 2022-2023 as the only trim that can be replaced for high beam and low beam changes for that listing are the XL and XLT.
For the others not labeled, any Ranger trim fits the component models (XL, XLT, Lariat, etc.)
As I just said, this is a human collection and not 100% correct, but I will promptly correct any claims of error made in this thread as the information I receive is corrected by owners who actually own this model.

Your brake bulb size 7443 is correct for my 2019 Ranger. Bulb I took out says Toshiba 217 without any other part number ... any one know why no part number on OEM bulb ??

I checked, and 217 is also a light bulb model number; it’s commonly referred to as 7443 or T20.
