The wife & I went out to dinner in our 5g.
I was feeling the new Fox shocks & how they perform. My wife did not complain about ride quality. :like:
When we got back I adjusted my headlights down - they were lighting up the sky.
…I am loving the visual impact of this Ford Ranger. Its my mini Raptor, yet is very nimble compared to full size trucks.

Oh… the dinner was good too.

Changed the passenger side low beam. What a pain in the tookas. Much more difficult than the driver's side because the airbox is in the way and you can't see a thing.
Pro tip: Unplug the light first or else you can't turn it far enough to get it out. That goes for both sides.
I've replace the driver's side twice already, I suppose they burn out faster because of the DRL's.

Took my truck out this morning at 5:15am to work in a nasty snow storm and freezing rain combo. Backed out of my driveway in 4 wheel drive high mode. Never it took out until I arrived safely at Target. Funny thing on the way to work a guy in a giant super duty flies by me like I was standing still only for me to pass him 1 mile down the road after sliding and losing control of the truck. The person was just being stupid and driving to fast for the conditions.

Not today but a couple weeks back, made the ranger my service truck for the weekend and hopped on over to Helena, MT to do some work on a Cummins Big Cam 4.

Really need to get the grille swapped out for an all black one to really tie everything together.

We gotta see more of this supercab! Do you still have the topper? What wheel and tire combo are you running? Any tunes?

Went up Cleghorn Ridge in CA. I think I tried some obstacles that were a little too much for my stock FX4. Had to back down a few hill climbs due to the huge ruts. Still had fun on the easier obstacles.

Got a little battle damage when I hit a drop HARD and scraped my side step like a rock slider.

Im looking for experienced off-road guys in Southern California. DM me.

Nope topper is gone now, just got bored of it. Currently sitting on a set of KMC Impact 17x9, wrapped in Cooper Rugged Treks. I was told when I bought it (used in 2022) that there was “a little bit of secret sauce” in there from a local tuner, but it’s no race truck. Threw an AFE intake, and the GoFastBits VTA on it, then knocked the muffler off on a rock down in AZ. Liked how it sounded so we welded a hanger on and put a turn down on it.

It’s nothing special. It’s got over 100k on it, it’s loud, the tint is wayyyy too dark, and it needs shocks all around. ?

The Ranger took my daughter an I to the auto show today. She's looking for a small SUV. Showed her the Maverick just for fun and she liked it. She test drove one at the show and it's on her short list now. I test drove an Explorer and it's on the list as a replacement for the Edge when the time comes.
And as you can see, I park way out away from everyone and some still parks by me.

Finally got to test the Thule Xsporter we picked up a few weeks ago. Strapped the kayaks tight to some old J-brackets and tore down 20 miles of dirt and gravel roads to the Colorado River.
