I don't see that on mine but I haven't updated my app to the newest one that came out 2 days ago. It looks like it's telling you your charging system is good to go which is a nice new feature.

It's on mine now also, is it supposed to alert me when the cabin temp hits the mark ? And what charging ? the battery ? Confused as well, I just app started mine but nothing seems different...

Likely just something for the MachE/Lightning that has bled over into the other vehicles. I'd bet those sliders don't do anything.

Could be something coming. Every time you use auto start it puts a pre charge on your credit card. When it hits temperature, the charge will go through.
Really it sounds like charging an ev battery in cold weather where the battery needs preheating.

On my app too. Though I'd have never known it without this thread. First time I've ever viewed the "notifications and alerts" section of the app.

I had to turn on notifications for Ford pass to see it.

Must be a post 2019 or trim higher than XL thing.

Odds are the app doesn't filter to notification types your vehicle may actually send, since you'll never get those on or off doesn't matter. Software developers for the app were likely told they need to add setting to enable/disable those notifications, not to hide them if there was no paired vehicle that supported them.

Umm, no.
I have a house that's on the surface of the sun for 5 months out of the year and in Heaven the other 7 months.
And although we DO have brand new thermostats, they are the dumb, unconnectable (but programmable) kind.
