If you buy it, check with local forestry guild and thin based on basal area. Looks to be too much for proper wood growth.

Appears to have not been cut in 30+ years. Its a swamp and woods are a mess.

Happened about 15min from my house near my mom’s. I can’t imagine making that call to the office or insurance lol.
