By jeez, get ‘er to the dealer right quick, my son.

That sounds expensive.

Some well-meaning folks are likely going to suggest you try another dealer. But I doubt you have much choice where you are.

Its all good. I worked warranty with BRP for years. They have to follow a procedure snd tick all the boxes. I was just hoping someone had same issue and could say what it was

Maybe @airline tech or @RangerBill can offer their expertise. Oddly, here’s a similarly titled thread that also has a video of noise under throttle but they both sound very different. Yours is much more pronounced. Good luck!

If it is coming from the engine compartment, it's possibly the blow-off valve (BOV) or a loose clamp in the engine air intake-intercooler hoses. This is just an educated guess.

And yes it is engine compartment. Inside truck sounds like pass side. I even pulled air cleaner and propped breather lid figuring if it was turbo related it would sound different. But it comes and goes. Won’t do it when you want it to !!!

To me it sounds like your putting petal to the metal. And it sounds like your Trany doesn't know what gear it wants to be in. But then again, I drive my 68,000 mile 19 like an old lady. I don't do highway driving like I used to either.
