A good camera makes all the difference, Tyler. What’s with the background? For crying out loud, is that the mall?

Damnit man, I haven't got the chance to get offroad yet! Got it the day before I left town and took a more fuel efficient vehicle (9-14mpg life). I'm not a mall crawler I swear. Here's me swimming in water, mud , and other shit.

While waiting for the sun to hit the clouds at sunset, this kid wandered into the shot, walked along a log stuck in the sand and jumped off. I couldn’t have planned it if I tried. ?

A few minutes later, I was treated to this…

Just crappy cell phone pictures, but the subject was beautiful at least. From todays bike ride in the Park Lands. This is only the third one I have seen this year. Always makes me happy.

Wee little things.
I currently have a similar situation, have to clean a web off the passenger side mirror almost everyday. Almost feel bad because they put a lot of work in to them webs.

They seem to enjoy web making in the roof line, the hood and the air dam on the frontier. I made mesh panel inserts for my bumper vents and didn't take more than 13 hours before they made their web over the openings. Smart ass little things.

Saw these guys on our evening walk last night. They were not one bit skittish at and the little one was only about 6' away from me. It's nice seeing nature again and even Annie's getting use to the coyotes howling at night. lol

That’s great you are able to see all of that so close up. I see deer tracks in the snow (never a sighting) when I come up in the winter to check on the cottage and spot the occasional fox or coyote in the early spring. Once the cottagers return, the wildlife retreats to the more heavily wooded areas.

I’m glad Annie’s settling in and getting used to them. I bet those deer aren’t as at ease as she is.

These were at the walking trail which is at the Rec Center. There's a lot of people who walk there all day long until dusk so I'm guessing they're use to seeing/hearing people around. As long as you're quiet and slow they had no problem with us close by. All the deer at my house back east were very skittish and the slightest noise they'd take off, just clicking the lock on my slider and they'd run. But everyone hunts there so I'm sure they're use to running for their lives.??

It probably sounds a lot like sliding the bolt on a deer rifle.

Check yourself for ticks. Anywhere they go there's a trail of ticks waiting for a blood donor. Not sure if ticks are that far south but here they are loaded with ticks carrying several different diseases.
