Anyone with this issue on General Grabbers or maybe other brands too.

So pretty much soon after i installed these tires about a year ago i had this browning or blooming circular band on the sidewall (all four) i use Black Magic brand tire wet foam dressing to 'blacken' them and when that wears off (which seems pretty quick i'm left with this,.
Now i have 4 cars in the family and none of those tires (non General) get like this and i don't use dressing on them just the car wash soap to clean them when i do the rims, and the black is consistent from the tread edge to rim bead I'm wondering if the dressing is causing this??
Also car soap or Simple Green cleaner does not remove it.

Rob,

It just might be that tire dressing - I used to get that from tire dressings and then Sid (Msfitoy) turned me on to Aero Cosmetics Rubber Care.

It gives a matte black finish - not shiny at all - looks great and conditions the rubber - the brown ring is gone for good. I use it on my General Grabbers and highly recommend it.

Ok thanks for the replies, it's really annoying to look at when the rest of the truck looks great after detailing, i was thinking it was a defect in the rubber, but i will switch ASAP to what you guys recommend and hopefully that will fix it.

The results are great - it might not be fully noticed until the second application but it will get rid of the brown ring and your tires will look brand new all the time. ?

If not mistaken that is due to the tire shine. Many do it.

It says right on the bottle…Removes Tire Browning. I guess it’s never too late for Rob to add to his Amazon order. ?
