Hi. This past week, drove my 2019 Ranger (approximately 39K miles) across the state. It was almost all freeway driving at about 75. In stopping at a wayside after about 2 hours and shutting down the truck we got a heavy gasoline odor. This happened for the rest of the 4 hr trip whenever shutdown. It occurred on the way back today. This is new and never experienced before. Sometimes it would also smell a hot exhaust sort of smell, but predominantly gasoline. Only other time I’ve smelt that with vehicles is when there was a leak. Nothing at start up or when approaching to go for a drive, and no stains drips on floor. Have any other Ranger owners experienced this? Any ideas? Catalytic Converter? Thanks Larry
