Looks excellent! I went with black so it isn't very noticeable and it's obscured a little by the grill light Still seeing mpg improvements even with winter gas.

Do you have the 3 light raptor style bar or the 4 light bar? Thanks

So, I do have the 3 light version from CustomAutoWorks. Just wondering if this scoop fits with the light bar installed and on the XLT grill like mine.

Sorry I didn't know you already had one. lol I don't have the scoop but I would guess it should fit buy looking at this picture. It seems like there's a little room between the scoop and the grille and the light bar isn't all that thick. Hopefully TJ sees this and can confirm for you but he has an XLT so it should seeing as they use the 3 light bar too.

Thanks, gave in and ordered one. Seemed to be on sale and the discount code still worked, $126 shipped or so. With summer basically here, curious to see how it does in the desert.

Now this has been out for awhile. What's the verdict with city driving?

Doesn't fit with the mouth on it, the colored mouth comes off, then it will fit. It's a pain in the ass to install with the 3/4 light grill strip in place.

Get a 3 inch 1/4" drive wobble socket extension and a driver bit for the hex bolts that mount it in place. There are two, one is easy access from above with the hood open and top cover removed, the far passenger side bolt you need to go in through the grill with the extension

It's basically invisible behind the light bracket, which covers most of it

Better view with the lights off, I'm probably just going to remove this in favor of an open design intake and plan on an intercooler upgrade later this year

I doubt stop and go driving will benefit here. My experience points to sustained speeds 60 MPH to 70 MPH showing gains. It may be more than air speed but I measured gains. That falls off when you start exceeding 70 MPH but I figure that's as much Ford's design.
