Lamp assembly used to come with the BLIS module but now that are separate items.

KB3Z-13405-G Left tail light ($1083.33)
KB3Z-14C689-B BLIS module ($603.33)

Also not included are the brackets and screws for the BLIS module...

KB3Z-14D189-A Bracket ($84.50)
W505564 Bolt ($4.13)

Prices may have changed since last September but this is what my insurance paid....

OP should be able to just buy the lamp assembly and switch everything over.
I knew they were expensive but when someone actually posts the price I just go holy crap - again. Is it more expensive now they broke down the assembly to three different parts?
I having been looking at getting the Anzio’s - not because I need them (i do want them) but to save my originals as a just in case (for a scenario such as this!). And at 695 for a pair of Anzo’s - seems like a good idea

Yes, they used to be a tad cheaper as a complete unit I believe. But it makes more economical sense for end users to only need to buy the part they need instead of clogging service lanes for module programming.

True enough for sure. Although pretty sure this isn’t because of FORD’s concern for the end user - it’s a “happy mistake”?. Saw the Anzo lights in action. They look pretty good.
