What did you do to your Ranger today?

Ended up with a little more time before work than expected. I wanted to make sure I knew how to put it together so now I'm going to remove some of the bolts that are in need of a soaking to get rid of rust and also I'm going to vinyl wrap all the metal bits and matte black.

Getting ready to hop in the Ranger and head to work.......then, gonna hop in an Expedition and drive 150 miles west to our satellite office with the Dr..........long day ahead!

Well, we finished satellite office and now driving this rattly, noisy Expedition back which is 2 1/2 hours. Cant wait to get into the Ranger!

Haven't done any modding for a long time but I finished up my amp/sub install since the box from Australia came. Not overly impressed with the box but it gets the job done. My sub magnet hits on the the slopped side of the box and it doesn't seem like the seats sits completely flat now. Need to add some spacers under the stops or something.

EDIT:I ran the wire under the carpet and I need to clean my floor mats

Installed the Terrain Management button and enabled it in Forscan. While in Forscan I also ran the ABS "Mushy Brake" fix again (ran it about a year ago). Brakes did firm up.....guess I'll be bleeding the lines this weekend.

Dash cam installed. Not the best place but I didn't like it under the sensor thing where my toll tag sits. Blocks my view to the right front a bit. A little of the far left is blocked in the video.. but better than nothing. Also cheap! Hooray YouTube comparing thing. Thinkware F70 from Amazon. Super easy install.. took longer to figure out where I wanted it vs running the wires.


Up next.... dual exit exhaust w/ black tips and a BOV because tune and more boosts. Thanks to the quick reply from @Stage3Motorsports with extra info and a super quick reply to a question I had, buying from them ?. I'll throw on a sticker for them if they add a discount.......... ... .. ..


Just need to get past mother's day so the damn exhaust doesn't out run her gift.......

Spring Cleaning:
I took a bit of time and organized the tactical cases on my topper’s platform roof rack. I also made sure the battery booster had a full charge and that the batteries were fully charged for my impact, utility light and compressor. I made sure I had enough 303 and other detailing products on hand and put a generous coat of 303 Protectant on the cases and oiled the latches and locks. Good to go for the season!

Added Bonus: While tidying up the recovery gear case, I found my 10mm. ? ?
