the only insurance that should get involved is the painting company's. they should make it right 100%. simple notification of their desired painting date would have prevented this, as you could have moved your truck easily.Sorry, insurance. I have full coverage but I honestly don’t know if it would help here or not.
don't have to live in an HOA for this to happen. your neighbors could be having their home painted and overspray from their place could wind up on your home/vehicles. happened to a friend of mine. it happens when paint crews get sloppy with sprayers. has next to nothing to do with an HOA.Christ... as if not being allowed freedom of choice was enough to not ever want to live in a HOA shithole.. now this ?
