I'm on the original OEM battery and just passed 100,000 miles...

Mind if I ask how many miles you have on your transmission?
I am at 11,131. yes you read that right!

As far as the tranny, changed pan, filter, and oil @ 10k.

I have read multiple posts where people are on their 2nd or 3rd battery. What in God's name are you doing that causes such battery failure?
I think the answer is... not driving it enough and baby'ing it.

Sid's going to tell you that you have 83,869 miles to go until the transmission goes boom. ??

So what do you do to your battery to make it outlast your transmission?

Actually, with the exception of that infamous blown engine with a tune controversy a few years back and Sid's Tranny, it is impressive that we do not see a lot of big component failures. We all get to complain about the little things. Could be worse.

Next week boys and girls we will discuss flat tires, clogged fuel lines and damper maintenance! Be sure to join us!
How often does one need to change the oil in a dampener? Ima guess every 69 miles
