Any updates, installed lift, rack?
Progress has been slow but we’re getting there. I’m installing the Icon lift this Sunday. We got the rack cut and spot welded this weekend and full welding should be done this week. Then it’ll be off to the shop to get Line-X.

Total rack weight at that time with spot welds was 38 lbs. Very happy with those results.
You should fabricate and sell - I would be in for one.

Icon lift is on. Ride is improved a lot IMO. 4wp is doing my alignment today and I’m going to have them raise it another 1/2” since they only lift 2” out of the box.

Would you be willing to give me the drawings for that bed rack? Id like to make my own, but out of steel, because I dont have those special aluminum welding skills, haha

I am glad to. And anyone else who would like it for that matter. PM me your email address and I'll send you the PDF. I'll add that the center four holes in the side plates are there specifically to hold Rotopax and are sized properly for their mount. The slotted holes are sized to hold the MaxTraxx Brackets and Bike Mounts from KBVoodoo (AKA Max Modular). You could use them for whatever, just thought you might want to know what they were initially sized for.

Looks good! How are you attaching the rack to the bed rails?
I fought this for a long time. I originally planned to use 90 degree brackets like most in the industry and use clamps but then I’d have to trim my bed covers rails. In the end, I chose to use flat plates for the feet and will be drilling holes through the top of my bed rails and simply using bolts to hold it on.
