I think I have my choices narrowed down to the Cooper discoverer A/T3 4S or the General Grabbers N/TX or Bridgestone Dueller Does anyone have experience with these three items I would appreciate your feedback. I do around town local higway driving so I need dry pavement occasional snow performance and rain performance and some occasional forest service roads here in the PNW

Coopers do well for what you posted! The Bridgestones would suffice also!

I am a fan of the Bridgestones. I have the Dueller Alenza's now since I do not off-road my Ranger, but the Dueller AT's are very good. I ran these on a 2 wheel drive ranger I had a few years back and never had any issues getting anywhere I wanted to go, rain, snow, light mud, nothing was an issue.

I'd go with the Bridgestones then unless there's a cost savings with the Coopers! Both are great tires!

I vote for the Coopers. I had those on my F150 and now on my Bronco and love them. They

hit the sweet sport of off road and on. Not noisy either. Here are some photos:

coopers would be my pick. i dont have them on my 5g but if i needed tires they would be one of the top considerations. cooper still makes a lot of its tires in the usa and they have a good warranty. ive had coopers in the past and never had an issue.

I have the Coopers. Good tire for all but the most severe conditions and even then they should get you home. They balanced well and are wearing well. They are as smooth as the stock Hankooks my truck came with, but are slightly louder - about 1-2 extra clicks on the radio masks it. I would buy them again. Mine are 265/70/17

I've had Falken and Cooper...I'd say Cooper is my preferred tire...

I put the Coopers on our YJ last spring. They've done well so far.

I'm a Western WA driver, wet traction was a primary consideration along with trail toughness and traction. After much comparison shopping I chose Firestone Destination XT. They have a less aggressive AT tire, might be Destination AT.

Always surprised the Firestones aren't mentioned nearly as much. They are a newer but well reviewed tire, cost less than Falken Wildpeak and other most popular choices AND are lighter by a few pounds. I just tested mine on a short but very steep hill covered in compact ice. 4wd and an easy touch, just crawled right up like my Subaru used to. No problems in heavy rain either. So far so good.

Do you have the stock suspension with no lift then?

Yeah I'm in Sumner so the rain is a real consideration but the stock Hankook tires on it with only 15,000 miles have really sucked in the snow the last couple of days.

The Coopers are great in the rain.
