What did you do WITH your Ranger today?

Deleted member 15875

Well, today my Son, the Ranger and myself went to a charity golf event to raise money for cancer research. Was a last minute thing for me to get to play, and always love spendi a few hours with one of my boys. I think they said that over $50,000 was raised all total. Over 200 golfers!
Afterwards, went and filled her up with fuel, and did the math on the rest of that initial road-trip. Came in at 25.9 mpg at about 75 mph average.
That's unreal for a pickup. That's better than my SUV.

So today did some truck stuff. Not for me, but for my son. Took his tires and rims he found for his Jeep Wrangler 4xe to the shop to be mounted and balanced. He will take the Jeep later and have them put on the Jeep.

Arrived from Latvia capital Riga from 3 days work trip.
In that time saw only one Ranger Wildtrak and 2 Raptors, no F-s.
“The bigger one has the right” rule seems to work there pretty well, but they are very thankful if you let them make a turn from side road to main street in traffic jams.

Here’s a boring work pic.

Drove the 386 miles from my son's house in NC back to Woodstock, GA. Came back a day early as I did not want to drive in the rain tomorrow for 6 hours. Made it the entire way on the single tank of gas, but showing 30 miles remaining. Need to get fuel, and will report back on the actual mileage once I fill-up.

Love the ride and the adaptive cruise!

So it looks like this trip was 23.9 mpg. Maybe I was driving into a head wind, as that is not as good as the mileage o the way there. Or maybe it is uphill from Raleigh to Atlanta. ;)
