I assume you used spacers for clearance being on factory wheels? If so, what size?

The stance looks great. Also, obviously your front bars are gone, what about the rears?

Not giving up my pizza cutters anytime soon, but this looks really good. Perhaps it's the lack of "dish" on the factory wheels that keeps it from looking overly "broish."

Which tire did you go with?
  1. I have 1" spacers.
  2. I did have to pull the rear bars.
  3. The pizza cutters work really well, but they no longer looked right on my build. My truck looked like a body builder who skips leg day. Unacceptable.
  4. I went with the Toyo ATIII again. They are a good tire, just in the right size for my truck now.

nice same tire specs as I have shoot same wheels I had at first too. mine dropped to 12 miles per gallon when changed to that spec. if you haven't already made changes to pcm in tire size do so asap helps a ton. love it you got balls to drill into the fender and it looks good.
This is my 3rd tire size on the truck... tire size has been changed to account. After this, its 40s or bust.

Drilling in to the fender was actually easy, since its inside the engine bay and, if I mess up, no one will know by me. The A pillar was nerve wracking.

Nice.

I've been real happy with the ATIIIs.

You selling your 255/80s? I might be interested in storing some replacements for mine if the price is right?

With the bumper especially, I think you're right. It looks better this way.

I am selling my 255/80r17. Let me do some searching and I'll message you with a price. I need to figure out their remaining tread depth and see what prices are. I will figure it out and let you know.

lol I like the way you think but damn from 34s to 40s that's a funhaver jump. I think 34s are perfect for it not overly tall or small but definitely dedicated crawler 40s on tons is sexy as hell

crawled around under the 5g to make sure the light harness was together correctly. seems like it. checked fuses again. checked for trouble codes- none present. drove about 20 mins before the lights started doing the glitch. took it back home and put it away. :crying:

Installed the Auxito 16,000 lumen LEDs, that I removed from my low beams, into the fog lamps. Going to wait until dark before I make up my mind whether to keep them in or not.

Doing more Overland Expo East prep, I had decided to add some carpet tiles on the floor of my CVT rooftop tent. I planned on removing the factory mattress since I purchased a roll up/inflatable one from Amazon. Being home due to Hurricane Ian, I picked up the tiles from Home Depot, and installed them today under windy conditions.

On top of wanting a softer floor instead of the hard fiberglass(?), I’ve seen a few videos where people install these to help with condensation. One case was more than enough to cover the entire floor and left me with some scraps I’ll probably toss inside a couple of my tool drawers.

Post install beer: SixPoint Brewing Resin, Double IPA
Where's the event being held?
