That looks extremely wonderful!That sounds incredible, I like to make a homemade teriyaki salmon, soy honey ginger a tad of maple syrup sesame oil rice wine vinegar and the secret ingredient truffle oil also pepper garlic powder onion powder and the usual seasonings minus salt marinate the fish and then put a bit of the pepper garlic and onion on it and sear it in cast iron, once you flip all the pieces maintain the heat and pour in the marinade to cool the pan and help permeate the fish and cook it through and it gives you a lovely sauce to pair with garlic mashed potatoes lol. I usually eyeball and taste as i make instead of doing measurements but if you want I can give you a rough idea.
