Ford Body Shop (who installed my Mud Flaps today) told me they are getting a rash of "fit and finish" issues on the Ranger from hood alignment (which I have) to doors and beds.
I did not have them tweak my hood.. (hood to fender gap widens toward the front on my right side) I told them not to tweak the hood to fix it as I don't want paint cracking issues. nor having to tweak fenders to align the hood..) I can live with it.
Not sure I would live with doors not being flush or beds misaligned which he mentioned and as I read here.
Still, love the truck,
Would buy another..
I would suggest everyone who is buying these trucks check all body seams thoroughly as there are problems solving these issues after the fact
