Hmm, now you've piqued my interest.

If you know the code for trail control in the ABS module, and the other modules have been adjusted to accommodate ACC, I wonder if Trail Control is the next option to add?
You've added braking and throttle control, right? So adding the switches might be one of the only things extra that's needed since trail control uses the ACC buttons to activate it - I have a VIN for a truck with trail control.

Also, here are 2 more VINS for Rangers with ACC if you want to research the as-built. I grabbed them from the dismantler where I got my sensor.
1FTER4FH0LLA18887
1FTER1FH9KLA85923
Here is what I do:
I have gathered a dozen or so VIN's from CARS.COM. I visually look to see if I can see the Adaptive Cruise buttons on the steering wheel and the elocker/TM options, including NAV. I put them on a spreadsheet. I try to do all the same year, body style and trim level so I don't have discrepancies with that. I download the ASBUILTS and put them into a reader.

On the ABS Blocks 760-03-01 I had 1 truck that was throwing me off, but it was a 2021. Then I realized it indeed had the e-locker option, and no FX4 option. I also finally found a truck with ACC without NAV which confirmed my numbers.

I still think there is something missing with the Trail Control. If you enable those blocks you get a AdvancedTrac error on the dash. So still more to find on that one. But I am confident in saying

No options 0004 6F
ELocker (FX4) 0005 70
+ACC 0006 71
+TrailControl 0007 72

and my +TrailControl could be TerrainManagement as I confirm this by looking at the button, but we all know TM can be enabled without this numberblock and this is the ABS module, so that leads me to believe it is indeed TrailControl.

Does your truck have Autonomous Emergency Braking (AEB) with Pedestrian Detection and keep line assist ( alert + help )?

This thread should be retitled, Playing With Fire.
Why so?

My truck has Lane Asset, (which I though sucked until I drove my mom's Toyota last night) not sure about the other 2.

I've noticed that US versions do not have these systems as standards compared to EU where it is necessary. If you do not have these systems, then you'll probably have a different ABS module and will therefore not need to make any changes in this module

The wife's Toy has that. No issues so far.
2022 Toyota Rav4 called LTA (Lane Tracing Assist) and thankfully you can turn it off. It felt like it was jerking the wheel out of my hands. My truck just vibrates and my Tesla isn't even that aggressive.

That's kind a what I figured. Wish we had the diesel option. Is your diesel per liter more than gas?

In ford is discrete and not aggressive. It works well for me. I can change the vibration and sensitivity for warnings & help/self-drive settings if I'd like as well. I'll include pictures later.

Diesel consumption on motorway is 28/30mpg. Urban is 25/28mpg

The wife's is a 2019 C-HR and it's nice and gentle nudge. Nothing jerky.

Someone could verify this information:

No Ranger has Trail Control without Adaptive Cruise Control. Would love to find someone WITH Trail Control without ACC and get your VIN.

TC is included in the FX4 package and ACC is part of the Tech Package, but I haven't found a truck with TC that didn't have ACC.

I'd like to prove this... and is this why nobody has enabled TC, gotta have ACC as well.

Which makes sense:

Trail Control™
acts as a low-speed cruise control, maintaining your selected speed from 1 to 20 mph. It sends power and braking to each individual wheel as needed, so you can focus on steering. Trail Control can be engaged while Ranger is in 2H, 4H or 4L, and in combination with any of the 4 Terrain Management System modes, to help provide maximum traction when you venture beyond the pavement

You are wrong, I have a 2019 XLT FX4 with TC and do not have ACC. My truck does not have the Tech package. TC is part of the FX4 package has nothing to do with ACC.

I don't mind being wrong... I just don't have enough data to see every possible combination. Can you share your vin with me? Or if you have your ASBUILT I would be interested to know your ABS Blocks 760-03-01

Thank You

I'm guessing it has to have ACC to have TC since it's the same switch pack on the steering wheel.
