Michigan Assembly Plant "Built with Pride" sticker

Have you noticed 2019 Ford Rangers are still in short supply!
Why would any sane person post his/hers license plate number on the Internet?
You are just asking for trouble from unscrupulous people.

I drive 100+ miles each day, through a major city (one filled with nasty crime), I'm a ham radio operator, which is definitely public record, I subscribe to my own internet, and don't use a VPN.

Plates aren't easy to lookup, so the average crook will not do it, even for above average crooks, it's easier to steal whatever from a dealer lot. Even easier is voter records. There is only the illusion of privacy now, if someone wants to find you bad enough, you can fix it with duct tape, but you'll want a different color, and you'll need more of it, and a garbage bag or two.

Airplanes don't even need to scan your ticket anymore, they can just have you look at a camera phone and a government database tells them if it's you. No joke.

You are probably just like me - you would never call the police if someone was trying to steal your Ranger - you just call the EMS.

Maybe not even that...

I never understood the covering of plates...Thousands of people see our plates every day...I hardly think a forum member will look up someone's plates. Some are more paranoid than others I guess. To put my money where my mouth is ...here's

My "Built With Pride" was not "installed with pride" as it seemed like it was applied by a 3rd grader. It was a static clinging on for dear life halfway folded on itself. I took it off and put with the owners manual.

I don't believe they ever built F150s at MAP. Could be you have a different sticker for your F150. We have the same MAP one in our 2016 C-Max - I believe that they built C-Max and Focus there before they shut down and retooled to build the Ranger (and soon the new Bronco).

I think it is kind of cool both of our vehicles were built at MAP.

My Michigan sticker has air bubbles and a bit crooked.
I think I'll remove it and put a NRA sticker in its place..

Knowing people who work at the "30 mins world wide or the first warhead is free!" place is nice. Personally 72 hours or less world wide, off planet, I've got munitions for that!

Mine wasn't either so my son pulled it off and put it back on much straighter and removed as many bubbles as he could. He wanted to take it off and just toss it but I said there were some people online who weren't happy that their truck didn't come with one.

Mine has one from late April, kept this as it’s oddly pleasing, like the engine cover mod.

Removed the dealer decal on the tail gate. mostly because lot boy put it on crooked and that drives me nuts.

Anybody happen to know where I could get a duplicate of the lower corner front window "Built with Pride" sticker ? My Ranger didn't have one, and I'd kinda like to have it, as I'm a big Ford fan....
