At this point I am not shore I would be able to enjoy my new Ranger with all the Ford BS.

Ford has robbed me of the new Truck experience, I hope that when (if) it does come in, all that will go way. I hope all the resentment over Ford’s miss management of this is not overflowing and take away the joy of getting a new truck.

Well everyone it happened. My truck is in the garage. It was delivered to the dealer yesterday and I picked it up today. It does have the heated seats. Now to buying accessories. Good luck to all waiting.

It is not the crises we are in that defines us, but how we manage the crises.
Ford now has to manage this, that is where Ford has failed, and is still failing.
no real time info on vehicle status, no updates on production problems as to why your vehicle suck in production, waiting to be shipped. no real, as right info, just delay because??
everybody has to be reasonable for their part in this.

June 30th YOUR VEHICLE HAS BEEN BUILT
Dealer estimates it will be here in Calif around July 29th

You got to be kidding me. I guess there are too many Rangers that were ordered afterward that need to be shipped out first.

This is wild. I'm excited to get my truck but getting it before someone who ordered last September feels weird! If ford really wants to move more towards customer ordering they really need to ditch this non-transparent model of dealer allocation and priority for customer orders, and be first in, first out (relative to component availability/similar builds). Allocation and priority makes sense to some extent for dealers ordering cars to sell on their lots, but for customer orders it's a terrible system.

Got my confirmation of build date in August. My order is a XLT w/ 302a package. Anyone know if this includes blind spot monitoring/co-pilot 360? Don’t see it on the order tracker but the website said it comes standard on XLT and above

Did I hear right on Tim Bartz update? Only 500 Rangers are being built for sept and no carry over to a 2023 because they (Ford) feels they don't have any orders that wont be built. (At the 41 Minute mark of his video from last night)

I’ve seen that bit of info, but when I’m looking at the summary of my build on the tracker it doesn’t come up. Based on that it looks like it should be standard, which is why I’m curious that it doesn’t show up on my build. Of course a few other items I know I have don’t show up so I’m hopeful the summary just isn’t an exhaustive list

That's what it sounds like. They think they'll get all their current Ranger orders built by the end of the 22 build year. That sounds like a good thing to me.
