I just thought I would post my experience and save someone the trouble I went through to get my truck lifted/leveled......
I purchased the Eibach stage 1 strut kit with the replacement springs for the front and rear struts. I installed this first and went with the 3" lift. When I went to pick up the truck the alignment guy let me know he wasn't able to get the truck aligned properly but it was close...... I will be installing bigger tires shortly and before I spend the money on them, naturally, I want the alignment to be correct! I found out I needed upper control arms to make this possible so I found the Rough Country arms for $300 shipped and got those installed.
Now everything is good and the alignment is pefect.
I will say, now the truck drives 100 times better than stock imo. I only have a 2WD but I mostly use my truck for hauling my mountain bike around or surf boards down to the beach. The truck looks and drives so much better now! Now I'm just waiting for my 265/70/17 Toyo AT3 to come in stock again!
Happy Trails!
