Running tally of VIN #, order date and build date by Ranger5G member (2019 MY)

Now that I have my VIN and can use the tracker, I have a question for those who have some experience with it: What are the "Learn About Your Vehicle" and "Owner Registration" links that show up below the dealer info? I click on them and get blank pages.

My order date was just a couple days after yours and mine is scheduled to be built the week of 7/8/19.

Email stated build is week of July 15.
If I knew that was the order - I would have went Red instead of Saber...

I wanted to thank everyone for their help and suggestions. I poked around enough that they finally admitted my truck was never ordered. They kept trying to cover their asses once they realized they messed up. I decided to get my deposit back and go elsewhere. There is a happy ending, because I found one almost exactly like the one I ordered and purchased it this weekend. I absolutely love this truck.

@Sassafras It sucks that the dealer messed up on your order so badly. Glad things worked out well for you. I probably would not go back to that dealer for any kind of service. If they would have told you of the mix up as soon as they knew and tried everything to fix it. They might be worth a second chance. Sounds like they did not.

How did you get your VIN? I ordered mine on 4/23 and I don’t have mine yet! Should I have had it by now? Maybe it’s time to call my salesman even though he said he would call me when he had it and it took about a month to get. It’s now 6 weeks today.

Yes, contact your salesman. I was only three weeks out from my order date and decided to shoot mine an email, assuming I wouldn't find out anything. Turned out he got informed that day my order was accepted and scheduled and he sent me the VIN. That was last Thursday.

I called Ford. I still have not heard from the dealer. I have the number written down somewhere
