Vin - 1/6/22
Scheduled production email - 2/4/22 for a build date week of March 7th 2022.
Built email - March 11. Blend date was March 10th. Original ETA March 23-29
April 5th email pushing ETA to April 4th-10th
April 12th email pushing ETA to April 23rd-29th
April 27th email pushing ETA to May 8th-14th
May 18th email pushing ETA to May 28th-June 3rd.
Shipped May 30th by convoy. No email...
Delivered to dealership June 1st. No email.

Ordered tracker showed the most accurate information.

My Ranger Tremor is in transit and, long story short, I found out this dealer (we'll call them Dealer F) no longer honors X Plan pricing. A dealer just over the state line (Dealer D) will honor X Plan but my order and deposit was through Dealer F. I asked the sales manager from Dealer D if it is possible to transfer a special order that is in transit and while she was very helpful, she didn't know of a way to do this and said that Dealer F in general is very uncooperative with dealer to dealer transfers.

Does anyone have any advice or suggestions?

Did they provide a quote in writing? Build sheet? Did you pay a deposit?

No quote. $1000 deposit. I think I have a build sheet but that was from January lol, I'd have to track it down.

If the build sheet has a price and deposit, and is signed, like mine is, I would consider that binding, especially if it shows the x-plan pricing. Impact of changing conditions should be on new orders not existing, signed, deposited orders.

IMHO, this is just another way to try to make more on vehicles they are receiving when Ford seems to have cut allocations (or is unable to meet dealer allocation/demand) for both stock and retail orders. Or deliver vehicles that are built and sitting, either waiting for transit or chips or whatever part seems to be missing.

Ah, yes that was confusing. Yesterday when I inquired about x plan, I was told that they had accepted it last year but no longer do.

My dealer did confirm the headlights, but didn't mention anything else regarding the 501a package. Looks like maybe Ford is even still waiting on just getting halogen bulbs in, lol.

Direct line from email exchange- your truck status will remain on hold until the halogen lights are available and if this make no sense to you you are not alone but this is where we are currently!

Dealer just called me, orders for 23' open July 18, 1st build 10/10 with delivery expected in Nov.... I asked when I can expect my 22' order placed on 1/30 would get a production date..................... I jumped shipped and got my hands on a special order that was passed on last weekend. Good luck with your orders ladies and gents. 4 days in of driving and I would say its worth the wait. Happy Trails.

Does anyone know how long it takes after blend date to show built? My blend date was yesterday and it's still showing "in production". All modules are live as of yesterday around 12p.
