Will a 275/50R20 fit a 20x9 wheel

Hi new to the whole aftermarket wheel thing so just wanted some reassurance that a 275/50R20 tyre will fit a 20x9 wheel before I go ahead and buy

I have a set of aftermarket 20x9's [DIFFERENT truck] & I have mounted 295/40R20 tires at all four corners.

I would check with vendor. My gut feeling is that 9'' rim may be too wide for a 275/50.

According to Tire Rack the recommended rim width for a 275/50-20 tire is 7.5" to 9.5"

Sure, it should fit a 7” to 9” wide 20” wheel, wider for some brands.

That’s a pretty small sidewall - stay on asphalt - do not go “wheelin” with them.

I can’t help but think you want some poke to go with those big rims and since you’re new to aftermarket wheels, you should check out the threads about wheel offset in this section. These trucks have some limitations when it comes to lowering your offset or adding wheel spacers to push your tires out past your fenders. The advice is there. Good luck.

Please don't do that to your Ranger. If you want to rice it out, stick with an RTT.
