SiriusXM Travel Link Not Working

Anyone else have this issue? Sometimes when I start the truck it works fine and I can see traffic, weather, fuel prices, etc. but most of the time those features aren't working and the menus says I'm "unsubscribed" to them which just isn't right. Is this an issue with a SYNC3 update or Sirius? Not a huge deal as I haven't really used these features that much but would be nice for it all to be working... Anything I can do to fix it?

What version Sync 3 do you have?
Your symptoms sound like a bug that was introduced in an earlier version of Sync 3.4. Sync 3.4.21194 resolved the problem. 21194 is the latest version available from Ford.

Thanks it appears like I have 3.4.21020 so that would make sense. Thought I had it set to automatically update but maybe needs to be connected to WiFi to do that? Will try to download 3.4.21194 now and hopefully that resolves it for me

I believe 21020 is the version that broke Travel Link.

My sirius xm stopped working with the introduction of 3.4 21194. There is a code stored about a missing message from the download. I just use the app now.

My Sirius works fine for music but is sporadic on the travel link and weather. I'll have to check what version I'm on - I'd thought that after 6 months it would've updated to the current version by now.

hopefully that isn't the case across the board, I just did my update and seems like travel link is now working. My audio free trial ended but I was thinking of re upping it soon, would be annoying as hell if it doesn't work once I subscribe again

Every 5th or 6th time I start my 2021 Ranger the Sirius XM doesnt work at all. SYNC 3 Ver 3.4 Build 21020. Nothing happens when I scan for software updates. Anyone else have this problem?

That is an old software version. Go to the Ford Sync site, search ford sync update. Put in your vin.

Latest Version: 3.4.21194

FYI guys I never closed the loop on this...

Upgraded Sync to 3.4.21194 and everything has worked 100% of the time since then. Travel Link and audio. So, it was an easy fix ultimately. Thanks for the help
