Finally got mine on - used the heated mirrors to set the adhesive ?
the driver side is AWESOME. Passegner side is... well worthless. It is almost an exact mini view of what I see it the mirror. May peel that one off.

I too am not so happy that I took my super cheap perfectly working round little mirror off for this expensive piece of glass that I can't see anything out of. Will probably be putting my little round mirror on the passenger side back on.

As mentioned above, adjust the mirror… These work great. These are twice the price of the round I had and the glass and adhesive is 4 times better. Zero negatives here, best mod on my truck

No problem...these are around 2"x2" and doesn't eat up exterior mirror space...

I played with the passenger side positioning and yeah it does help - but the proof will be on the hwy. Next time I go in to the office I will give it try. 45 min drive, 40 min of which is on multi lane hwy - now I have something to do during my commute!

I have had these mirrors for a while now, and have really enjoyed using them in daily driving. But today, they really saved my @$$!! ?

I was driving on a two-lane interstate, about three cars back from a big rig when it blew a tire. The vehicles in front of me were a little bit more clustered up than they probably should’ve been, so one of them hit the other. At that speed, I had pretty much two options, to quickly move over or to get tangled up in the ensuing mess.

The Blis light was on, but in a quick glance into the extended view mirror, I could see that the car was not alongside me yet. So I floored it and moved over in front of them while they slowed down a little and I luckily left it all in the rearview mirror. It definitely could have had a nasty ending though…

Long time lurker and new member. Have learned some great information so far and finally have something to share.
Have a 2020 Lariat with BLIS and wanted spot mirrors for parking, changing lanes and light towing. Got the typical round ones but everything was really far away, which had me thinking about swapping to the base model mirrors with the built in ones.

Then I saw these stick on ones made for the Ranger and it seemed like a perfect solution. They just came in and so far I’m very pleased.

The view is much improved, they fit nice, are made in the USA and are really nice quality. Pricey, but I feel definitely worth it at only about 12 bucks more than the first set.

Like to thank the OP for recommending the nxtgenautomotive blind spot mirrors. I ordered these and honestly they are quality pieces and they work great. Real glass and the 3M adhesive is awesome. Thanks to others also for recommending running the heated mirrors as an aid to installing them. I installed them a week ago and that particular day was rather cool temp wise. I used a hair dryer also. They really do work-great on the highway
Just a heads-up: mine had what appeared to be small hairline cracks on the side of the mirror (not the face) so I was concerned it was a defect, so I emailed the company and got a quick response- Not a defect but part of the manufacturing process. It does not affect the durability or appearance of the mirror at all.
Excellent addition-safety wise.

I installed these last weekend and they are really good. I have always used blind spot mirrors on all my trucks. The passenger side one like others have said is not as good as the drivers side but still usable.

New member here! I got my Tremor several weeks ago and was hoping for a good set of blindspot mirrors to do light towing and help with mirror visibility on and off road. Google sent me to this thread and I picked up a set and they are fantastic!! This was a really great find, so I joined the group and I can't wait to learn more and see other great advice and recommendations.

A few people have mentioned the passenger side is not as good as the drivers side. This is pretty much the case with all mirrors. The reason being is that the passenger side only is already curved (I learned that is why it says objects in mirror are closer than they appear) and the driver side does not. The angle is also pretty different on the passenger side.

In my opinion these are just big enough to be very useful without taking up too much space.

The company has a graphic on the website and I think it is pretty accurate. If the gray is the Ford mirror, they show you have much more factory view on the passenger side and much less gained view on the passenger side. I find it very useful for watching curbs towing and parking.
