So yesterday we went to Taal Lake in Tagaytay and parked in a underground garage. When I get back found this. So a Wildtrak, Raptor, then my humble FX4.

Don't knock that "humble" FX4! While I understand the appeal for "some" flash, the FX4 fits right in there and looks great :like: ;)

Got the front all put back together. I think I'm pretty close to my final design (exterior wise). Just need to paint the front and rear bumper satin black.

I'm on the fence about going from OE style flares to the larger extended ones. I may go back, I dunno.

Yea once I can spare the cash I want to upgrade all the bulbs they come with to something like PIAA extreme white. Sadly those are not cheap and I'd 11 bulbs to swap out, so as a quality of life upgrade it will have to wait.

:like: While I get the "whiter" bulb temps look nice, I still like the olderrrrr white/beige looking temps. But im all for better life and less power draw from the electrical system too. The convenience of setting and forgetting is a bigger appeal to me. I hate bulbs that don't last.

And when I mean last....I mean I shouldn't touch for at least 5 years or more. :giggle:

Dawn Enterprises moldings match OEM colors. We have White Platinum for our SCab. They also make these for SCrew.
  • Packed and padded very well in a reinforced rigid tube to prevent damage or bending.
  • Perfect paint match for our White Platinum.
  • Easy install with attached 3M tape.
  • Rigid molding pieces make it easy to get a straight line.

Awesome, thank you! No Cactus Grey but I suppose black could work.

Just finished installing bilstein rear shocks. Can’t believe what a difference they make. Great mod to do.
Thanks Zach, been thinking of this due to the mushy ride, imo.

Go to Amazon and search Hella 500FF kit. They may still be on sale for $60 a set they're normally I think a little over $100. Yes the kit comes with harnesses relays fuses and a switch which is basically just going to go into the spare parts bin for some of us but if you buy a single light I think it's almost $50 bucks so it's actually cheaper to just buy the kit.

I think the total cost for six sets was less than $300 or maybe just slightly over. I mean it's no led KC gravity but it's also not $2,000.

Don't know where the mud came from since I rarely get off blacktop but $2.25 at the car wash for 3 minutes and back home to detail (my brother and I worked at the local Chevy dealer during high school detailing, or as they called it back then, washing cars)...Good enough, but I was shocked to see the paint condition...will def check on some sort of graphene or ceramic! We head to Marblehead, MA tomorrow to help the son-in-law clean out his dad's apartment (Covid casualty at 70, while on vacation in St. Pete), and it's supposed to rain all 300+ miles for the trip.

i decided i wanted front light bar / mount. but wasnt about to pay the price of some of the after market ones ive seen other members with. those are nice, but 300 ish bucks. pass. so i dug around in the garage and pieced some stuff together. its still a rough draft. I need to get all the hardware and wiring. gotta cut down some bolts too. i may have the parts powder coated or just hit it with rattle can black. being monday, i lost the hardware for the last light. tore the place apart looking for it. didnt wanna go buy another knowing i was gonna take it all apart to paint etc... so i improvised to see how the lights would mount and aim. you can see which pod has extra redneck hardware lol. i hope i dont find the hardware some place near the fan or belt.. should look ok when finished up.
