thanks for all the info!

I also have the 2021 as well. I ended up with fuel rims as well(how odd) lol… with 285’s.

this was done at the dealership but .. they do rub a little and also I didn’t do all the work under as you did. I wish it would have been done though. I cringe each time it rubs during a U-turn or tight turns into a parking lot ?

but I’m with you .. very similar as you are, with the stance. I think it’s the best look.

(and by the way … LOVE your color as well)
Yeah, I had some cringe-worthy rubbing after the work had been done (I had a local shop do the work as I’m too old and too clumsy to attempt any of this). It turned out to be the inside corner of the Roush flares, which they had originally heated up and molded back to avoid the rub. I went back and asked them to simply trim the plastic back a bit. It was an easy fix and you can’t even tell they we’re trimmed. Had I not asked them to do it, I wouldn’t even be able to tell.

After that, I still had a little rub. Took me a while to figure it out but when I realized it was the carpet well-liner “sagging” I laughed out loud. That too was an easy fix, I just had them drive it back with 2 screws (or rivets, not sure what they wound up using) and black washers. It took all the slop out of it and gave me about 3/4” more room in the front wells.

Not sure if any of that info will help you, but it may be worth looking into to see exactly what’s rubbing. In my case it was an easy fix….and something that was overlooked by some extremely talented and experienced installers simply because they didn’t put enough miles on the truck after the mods to truly test it out. I’ve been off road several times now and haven’t had an issue since.

Yeah I don’t trust my local dealer. Didn’t find them very helpful when I wanted other things done.
Wish I could find a good local shop like that. I support local over dealership any day of the week.

Screw the dealer! They told me Monday, that it would cost $400-$500 to align my front end, due to me having adjustable upper control arms! My friend at Mazda is going to do it for much less!

I've done everything to my truck, myself. I'm glad I know how to do this stuff :) Dealer said I'd have to pay them $150+ to install my Roush intake... I said, that's BS, it literally takes 15-20 minutes to install...

What’s the Roush intake?

(Super new to trucks, FORD, and especially Roush since I’ve never had that option before)

Finally installed my suspension, wheels and tires for some trips, after owning it for a year.
