To my understanding some of the vehicles not in the US will need them for certain suspension and tire fitment. One particular OffRoader I watch in Australia has them on his Hilux and it was needed with the BP-51 kit to fit 33's. For the Ranger it is hard to say.

Now I am curious. You mentioned that the Fox kit is a lift kit. Is that actually ture over there? I know here in the states it is a Leveling kit and there are time people will get that confused.

So it's both. It lifts the car by 2" and levels it. Best upgrade yet, totally different car.

Looking at that and the picture of the truck now I have a better understanding. It is more of a lift kit due to the shackles wich I prefer of the US not getting that with the Fox shocks.

Well if anything if needed I say get a good set of Control arms. From the looks of them I prefer the Old Man EMU due to the look compared to others but that is more of a personal preference.

I noticed that with the Camburg UCA’s, the front suspension feels different. After installing the Fox coilovers I went for a short ride with the OEM upper’s so I would have a benchmark to compare to, the difference was immediately noticeable. The suspension was able to smooth out much quicker after taking larger hits and it just feels smoother while taking the hits.
I wasn’t worried about fitment issues, I was just curious if they were going to be worth it, IMO they are. We off-road regularly and couldn’t be happier with the Camburg/Fox upgrades

+1 on this! We too love these Camburg arms. We have (basically) the same set up you have on our ranger at the moment. Fox 2.0 with Camburg tubular arms. We have tested these out now for about 7 months and have done highway, trail, rock, and even obstacle course testing with this set up. Love every minute of it! Although we did have to back away from the level 3 course in some area's. Did not have quite enough clearance for some area's haha We have had a lot of folks coming to us for Camburg and SPC lately.

Thanks for the info. I was told that uniballs are maintenance heavy and it's easier to go with aftermarket ball joint. ?

Btw: It's not a raptor it's a Wildtrack.

You should look into SPC. They are a phenomenal UCA and are not heavily priced. Plus if a ball joint ever has an issue they sell the replacement for easy fix. Although *knock on wood* I have never had one go bad on me on either truck I had them on. They have both steel and aluminum knuckle options

I actually ordered the OME UCAs. I figured I wanted ball joint vs Uniball so the OME have a good name and I found them at a really good price. I will take some photos when they get installed.

I have the Fox 2.0 set up with BDS UCAs. I had to run the Fox with the stock UCAs for a few months before the BDS came in. I definitely noticed a difference in the alignment and ride once I was able to get the BDS installed. I have not had any issues with the UCAs impacting the springs.
