I never aligned mine after a 2.5" level. They are probably a tad too high, but I like the extra light at night and I don't drive on people's ass anyway. So far doesn't seem to be an issue.

All this talk about aiming headlights reminds me of a time, years ago, riding in a friend's beat up Civic where one headlight pointed way up and to the left shining on nothing but semi's and low bridges. That light looked hilarious in the fog

Even properly adjusted I still get flashers because of bumps, humps and other road irregularities. Sometimes they may think you’re flashing them.. or they came out of a dark and they look bright (which they are) but still properly adjusted. Almost unsolvable.

I keep having people flash their high beams at me thinking I have my high beams on when I don't. My truck is sitting perfectly level with my camper mounted. Does anyone else have this problem? Can the headlights be adjusted so they point more downward?
My Ranger is mostly used for towing our travel trailer in the summer and skiing in the winter. The truck is perfectly level with the trailer connected, so I lower the headlights at the beginning of camping season, and set them back up in the fall. I have tape positioned on the wall of my garage opposite the truck about 16 feet away marking where the beams should aim for each season, . Takes about 5 minutes.

So I came from a 2006 F150, headlights are hazy an driving at night was awful. With the LEDs on the ranger its like my brights on that truck, apparently everybody thinks they are brights. Almost every time I drive at night I have someone flashing brights at me. Anyone else?

I would look at the adjustment. They may be shining high. Also, if you have done a level or lift, they will definitely need adjusting

From your profile picture, it looks like you have lifted/leveled the front and added taller tires. You probably need to adjust your lights and aim them down a bit.

I adjusted them downward. They're probably pointing down too much now. I found that my 1/4" ratchet and an extension was the perfect tool for the job.

Install air bags and you can have headlight adjustment on the fly.
I deal with this on my Harley. I have air ride an I'm never at the same ride height. I need to get a pressure gauge an find the sweet spot an set the headlight to that. If I get flashed on the bike I just add some air.
