Time to rebuild the grill. I really liked the previous version but I didn’t have the clearance like I initially planned. I also wanted to try a different mesh that allows more light to show through… damn I already let the cat out of the bag. Well check it out! I’ll show what it looks like finished!

I also started some a bed rail system. If it actually works out like I am planning then I may try to bring it to market for some retro fitting and make the beds on these Rangers a bit more useful!

After exploring with some veterans in north Georgia over the weekend I got the truck washed up. It’s ready to get back to the drawing board on modifications!
Update on the front grill. It’s been great. I did some forest service roads at a decent speed and I didn’t notice any vibration in the light beams. I do believe I will swap out the lenses for the spot pattern since the other lights are the wide cornering pattern.

Well I’m not sure if my IG buddy is on here but he talked me into this interior modification. First step completed…

Next is remove the door panels and disassemble the silver trim pieces. Then throw a wrap on them once I redo the topography lines.

Well that was a first vinyl attempt. I’m very pleased with how it turned out. Tomorrow I’ll finish the other pieces then install everything back in the truck.

After seeing the dash put together and have driven in the daylight I have come to absolutely love the orange dash. The topography lines that are faint and are raised just enough to add some detail. Now its time to work on the doors and steering wheel.

Any chance you can give an overview on how you made the grill? That thing looks miles better than any Raptor like grills and I wouldn't mind doing something like this as a DIY project.
That was my exact plan. Build a grill thatFord should have offered as an option or a standard grill. I’ve had a few people reach out for me to build them a grill so I might hold off on the tutorial for now since some are wanting to buy them.

The garage looks like a bomb of hardware and truck parts went off. But the winch and lights are mounted. I quickly forgot I wasn’t modifying my Jeep anymore and figured out I need a control box relocation kit for the winch.

Here is the bumper and lights all installed on the truck. The control box relocation kit will be ordered probably Friday so I won’t be driving around with a decoy winch. So far for my first impression I love the Coastal Offroad bumper!! I need to install the skid plate tomorrow and I’ll be good to go.

if anyone is interested in this bumper for their Rangergo buy it and use the code “HIVIS5”. Every time the code gets used I will personally send out a pair of soft shackles along with a 5% savings! I don’t think that’s a terrible deal!
