Should be who regret's buying a Screw !. Must suck when you need a 6' bed.
Now, now...everyone has their likes/dislikes and needs. If you have a family and use your rig to haul everyone, then a supercrew is a necessity.
If I needed a tow rig to tow a camper along with kids, than a supercrew would be the way to go. I would never subject passengers, no matter how small to a long ride in a Scab back seat (if you can even call it that)
For me and wife and 2 small dogs, the Scab does exactly what is needed.
Anymore than 2 people on a regular basis, than a Screw would be it.

I love my Super Cab. I removed the rear seat cushions for a relatively level cargo area, and we have an SUV & car seats to haul the smaller grandchildren. I also wanted the longer box to haul my motorcycle. It would've barely fit on a SuperCrew bed: rear wheel resting really close to the end of the tailgate. 10' ramps fold in half and disconnect into three pieces.

I like your ramp. What brand is it? My ramp is only 6' and it's tough to load and unload by myself my Yamaha FZ6.

The SCab rear seating, though not extremely roomy is a giant step :like: above the previous generation of Rangers. My 2011 Ranger SCab had four doors also but only 2 fold out jump seats in the back that were practically useless. So small and uncomforable that even kids could not last very long on a trip. The only advantage was more storage room when the seats were folded up.

Take a look at that post " I am buying a Ranger in Thailand " as she steps into the back. A lot more spacious then the 4G Ranger. My medium size 50lbs dog just fits in the back of my 4G

They are Black Widow 10'ramps from Discount Ramps, one of several styles. I got them last spring, and they arrived ahead of schedule. The price on the website is higher than what I paid ($759) but they now have a 10% discount coupon so it works out to about $764. They are made in China, and some of the reviews complain about the workmanship. Mine were acceptable but they didn't attach together well when I set them up the first time. I used my workbench as a "tailgate" and left them set up for two days, and that helped. Now they line up better, and fit together more easily each time I set them up. The included straps are for the recycling bin; I got some ratchet straps.

No. I had two Sport Tracs previously, about the same length as a SCrew Ranger and a little wider. My kids are grown and gone now and no one had ridden in the back seat of the Trac since I don't know when. I'd rather save a few thousand and have a longer bed.

The back seat of my SCab carries my mobile desk from Duluth Trading on the passenger side, gym bag in the middle, and my laptop case for work on the driver's side. I pulled the headrests off the back seats so I can see better. Very unlikely anyone will ever sit back there.

Silly people. Dogs don't ride in the cab of a truck.

They ride in the bed.

Dog seats? What is the world coming to?
Seen a Subaru commercial lately?

Thank you, Grumpaw! I love my supercrew and I special ordered it. :turkey: But, I love the way the supercab looks also. Everyone has their special needs and likes.:)

I would regret the 5' bed more... everytime I wanted to put lumber or something large in the bed.
I suspect those settling for the shorter bed didn't really see that as a priority...
