I'm really liking that swing box. Accessories site shows it at $229. Are you aware of anyone dealing for it, or is that pretty much set in stone?

I found the lowest price on-line at several Ford Dealers who discount parts, lowest I found was around $185.00, but you have to pay shipping.
Went to dealer where I bought my Ranger, parts guy, showed him the on-line price and he matched it, plus tax, but no shipping, and I had it the next day.
Out the door was $199.00. If your parts counter person is one of the "good ones" he'll probably match it.
For info, a company called Swing Case makes these, and sells them for $199.00 with free shipping. You just won't have the Ford Logo in the side. Buy them straight from their web site. There also sold on Amazon for the same price.
I only went to Ford so I could use my Fordie Points.

Not seen: Spray in bed liner from Toff. (Decided I like it much better than Line-X that a friend got)
Soon to come: Bilstein front shocks

Added vinyl decals since it looked kinda bare back there.

The guy who made them for me sent me the wrong colors initially so I have another set as pictured. They are long life outdoor vinyl. If anyone wants them for say $10 for shipping and hassle PM me and I'll mail them to you.

My favorite small mod is the molle panel seatback organizer from Grey Man Tactical.

How much lift do you have in the front to support the weight of the bumper and winch?

According to his Showcase, @Glocker has a 3” lift.

Helpful Tip (not being a smart Alec ?): Member profiles include a link to their showcase if they posted one. If it’s complete and up to date, you’ll find out about their mods, tire size, wheels, lift/level, etc.

My latest update is purely aesthetic. The big orange marker lights kind of stand out on a blacked out build, so I decided to replace them with some I got off of ebay that have a smoked outside with orange LED's. Very easy and inexpensive change; about $35 and 5 minutes of work.

This was my favorite low dollar mod too...

Proper rails to strap down a bike and a leash to keep the honest people from stealing my ramp, I say that as a real thief will have a cut off wheel and walk away with the ramp.

Just got my XLT 2WD last week and ordered various small things to make it my own. First to arrive was this exhaust tip. Stock they always look kind of unfinished:

Amazon Warehouse: $33.
Practical effect: probably none.
Time to install: 2 minutes (took longer to find the 6mm hex than to bolt it on)

Bedrug. I never thought I'd have carpet in the back of a truck, but I like it and the kids do too.
